Tony has now been with the company for 7 months. Coming from a background of print production, here Tony deals with another side of direct marketing and finds his new role challenging, varied and interesting. He heads up our Compliance department ensuring that we maintain our ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditations, as well as pushing the company towards gaining the ISO27001 qualification and becoming Carbon Neutral. For the company to uphold these certifications Tony has been put through a number of intense environmental and quality audits, all of which he has come through successfully, proven by the group upholding their ISO accreditations. Since joining us he has qualified as a QMS Quality Auditor and is currently training to be an environmental auditor. With his breadth of knowledge Tony will ensure that 4DM will always be environmentally focused and ahead of the game when it comes to quality. Another of Tony’s main roles is to investigate reports of problems, identify and analyse trends and to make sure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Centralising this process through Tony means he can donate all possible efforts into making each department run at peak efficiency. Tony himself believes one of his main objectives is to support and help all employees at 4DM and he has succeeded in becoming a very important and welcome member of the team.
