Pre-Pay Online Welcome Packs

Brief

To mail between 1 and 4 SIM cards along with supporting information to customers who respond to online adverts on various websites.

From receipt of data (1 – 3 times per week) the packs are mailed from our secure site within 48 hours. Reports are generated and returned to O2 detailing what packs have been sent out and their respective data source.

A dedicated Management Team and a secure unit was established to facilitate this high profile project including a bespoke caging area for secure storage of sensitive materials and full CCTV to protect the premises.

The production operations carried out for this project include affixing SIM cards and E-Top Up Cards to the relevant printed collateral. These items together with any additional collateral are then enclosed into a C6 outer to form a SIM Pack. The next operation is to enclose between 1 and 4 of these SIM Packs, together with a Welcome Letter into a larger outer which is inkjet personalised and mailed.

Stock control and management is a key part of this project. Regular stock reports and updates are communicated to the customer to enable accurate planning and forecast for ongoing production of the completed packs.
