Charles Grant-Salmon

Formerly Chief Executive of the Flair Group, Charles joined 4DM as Chairman and Chief Executive in March 1998 when it was a fairly low-profile direct mail finishing house. He has a strong belief in the need to provide the finest service, products and value available. As a consequence of his leadership 4DM is now a full blown "data to doormat" direct marketing business with a slick image, well-invested plant and a committed and motivated workforce.

Technical Director

Les Ritchie

Les has over thirty years experience in the printing industry. Prior to joining 4DM in 1998 he successfully managed three companies simultaneously for the Flair Group in both the UK and Eastern Europe. Les' main responsibility is for the group's productivity. His ongoing project is to ensure that 4DM is using leading edge machine technology.

Group Sales & Marketing Director

Lance Hill

Lance joined 4DM in Summer 2003 as a Business Development Manager. With over twenty years experience in the industry, Lance started as an apprentice in print production at Colorgraphic eventually progressing into Sales. He has since gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise by working at a number of key Direct Mail manufacturers. Lance's key responsibility is to drive the business forward with an intelligent sales and marketing strategy to deliver the Group's objectives. He also retains responsibility for managing 4DM Print and the Group's largest client.

Managing Director - Mailing Services

James Portsmouth

James was promoted to the position of Managing Director of Mailing Services at 4DM in March 2007 and has previously held the positions of both Operations Director and Customer Services Director, having been at 4DM since July 2002. Prior to this James spent over ten years based at Transcom 4DM where he rose to the position of General Manager. James has gained considerable experience during his time with the group, within all internal areas of the business and the external market and is focused on driving technology based solutions to our customers.

Group Finance Director

Mark Christison

Mark joined the 4DM group in 2000, as the Financial Controller for the group. He was promoted to Finance Director in July 2002. He came to 4DM with a wealth of business experience in private and public companies, having previously worked for Grant Thornton International Accountants, as a Business Services Consultant in both the UK and Australia.

Managing Director - Data Services

Darren Crawford

Darren has board responsibility for the data services division at 4DM. With over fifteen years experience in IT, starting as a trainee programmer working in the oil industry, Darren moved to paper merchanting, then software development before finally entering the direct marketing industry. Darren's current role brings him into contact with customers, enabling 4DM to deliver a tailored service to meet their needs.
