Anna Shotton

Anna joined 4DM in 2003 as a Senior Commercial Manager and was promoted to Commercial Services Manager in 2007 becoming part of the Senior Management Team. Bringing with her fifteen years experience of print, she has worked in the direct mail industry for Mailcom and as a Procurement Manager for a European Print Management company placing and managing work in the UK and Europe. Her role as Commercial Services Manager saw her managing the Commercial Team responsible for quoting production and print buying for a wide variety of clients from brief to delivery and advising on the best process for every element. Her success in this role has given rise to further promotion and in June 2010 Anna was promoted to Commercial and Customer Services Manager, taking on the management of the Customer Service Team. Her combined role gives Anna the responsibility for a team of 12, managing the total customer journey from enquiry to mail, ensuring that 4DM maintains its high level of customer service throughout.

Anne Jones

Anne joined 4DM in 2003 as a Senior Account Manager. Her previous roles at HSBC, ADM Mailing, William Gibbons and OTM Ltd, gave her a variety of experiences in Account Management and Customer Service not to mention eight years experience in the print industry. In 2008 Anne was successful in moving across to take a leading role in the Postage Department managing the relationships with Royal Mail, all Downstream Access providers and other postal operators. As of January 2010 she has been promoted to Operations Manager to take on the overall management of manufacturing at the Kettering main plant.
