Customer Services Manager

Gemma moved from Marketing to Direct Mail in 1999 when she joined 4DM as an Account Manager. From here she moved to the Sales team where she spent two busy years promoting 4DM and recruiting clients before moving back to become a Senior Account Manager in 2002. As Customer Services Manager she ensures the Account Management Team provide the highest level of service to our customers. She also manages the Text Setting Team.
