Ross was one of two University Graduates to be taken on in 2002 following the company's recruitment drive to bring fresh talent to the Group. He spent twelve months as a trainee learning all aspects of the 4DM Group's production and services. Having spent nearly 5 years in the Commercial Department he is now responsible for the day to day operations of Direct Link, the strategical arm of the 4DM Group that offers direct marketing and print management solutions for blue chip customers.
