Our extensive finishing department provides a robust environment to convert personalised matter to required finished size. Several million items a day pas through this area and as such recent investments in machinery with integrated stacking and banding capabilities come into their own.

In addition 4DM have specialised equipment for more complex projects. The Herzog Heymann Special can produce one piece mailers incorporating perforations, remoist glue and spot glues, ideal for low to medium volume customer communications. Continuing on the specialist theme a further Herzog Heymann Pick and Place  line features a hot glue system, page opening and plough fold close function. This allows us to attach cards, coins, CD’s and sachets allowing your innovation to go that one step further.
