Of course quality matters but a quality product is only achieved if the people are right, if the working practices are correct and the standards expected are set at high!

We are very proud to have achieved ISO 9001: 2000 reaccreditation in April 2008 . This time we merged the certifications for Mailing and Print Services and now have a certificate that covers the entire 4DM Group. Certification, issued by LRQA for the next three years, will re-assure our customers that at 4DM we take quality very seriously indeed.  The ISO 9001:2000 certification has recently been upgraded to ISO 9001: 2008.    

This consolidation of our quality system has given us the ideal opportunity to re-look at our working practices and to simplify some of our procedures. With the acquisition of new technology e.g. digital presses, we have had some exciting additions to incorporate into the existing framework.

Having achieved ISO 14001 certification, FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody certification and working towards ISO 27001, we are continually building on what are all essentially guarantees of quality. Our guarantee to you is that you will receive a quality product from 4DM.
