4DM is all about qualityQuality people, quality of work, quality of the product that we produce for our customers. Our quality policy statement states in the first paragraph ‘Our overriding responsibility is to our customer, acting as an extension to their business and helping them to expand and prosper’. This statement has remained unchanged for several years now as our philosophy remains the same – however we are always looking for opportunities to improve and we take suggestions for improvement from our customers and suppliers, very seriously. We acquired registration to ISO9001:2000 at our Kettering (Hobs) site on 1 May 2002, swiftly followed by registration of ISO9001:2000 at our Transcom site on 4 November 2002. The future for our now, very mature quality management system, is an exciting one. We are amalgamating the Hobs and Transcom registrations into one Group registration in 2008 and for good measure; we are working hard to become accredited in both Health and Safety and Environmental standards. We are looking forward to having an Integrated Management System that will be both functional, easy to maintain and above all reflect our excellent quality record within the industry. |
